Machining Facilities
Machine Lines at Relex Automats consists of CNC Turning center (Ace and Macpower makes), Traub Turning Center (Deem, Arrow & PMT) M.1.T.R, Drilling Machines.

These single piece flow lines with high productivity ensure complete Poka-Yoke for any inadvertent errors. Line Inspectors with stage inspection ensures complete conformance to the drawing/control parameters.

The machining lines are flexible as well as dedicated to cater the different schedules of the clients.

Machining lines are studded with online SPC monitoring on parameters like grinding and spline rolling to control the variation in order to have Cp of more than 1.66.

Process Control is through Process Plans, Control Plans and Quality Plans. The processes are carried using finest toolings like grinding wheels, spline rollers, hobs, inserts for close tolerances and superior finish.
